Love the manager and her assistant. Helped me get my new place with no problems, they were very helpful and treated me with respect. I never had such a easy move like this one. I recommend this management to everyone. Thank you!

We are so grateful for the maintenance team at Local by Laramar…you have seen us as our best and at our worst. You have helped us be able to sleep at night when we had a centipede infestation, kept us warm in the winter, cool in the summer, our lights on, and our toilets flushing! We are so grateful for your quick responses to our requests and all of your help over the years.
